Back & Spine Solutions

What causes sciatica?

Sciatica occurs when disc bulges or spasms press the sciatic nerve, shooting pain down the leg. We perform specific movements to pull the pain back up into your back and resolve it.

Why does standing hurt my back?

Lumbar Spinal Stenosis narrows spinal nerve exits. PT helps by improving hip mobility, building core control, and training positions that open up the nerve pathways naturally.

What is non-specific back pain?

This is general muscle strain or mechanical back pain. Our thorough assessment identifies specific movement faults and builds a custom path to restore pain-free lifting and bending.

What is Degenerative Disc Disease?

Gradual flattening of spinal discs. We treat this by strengthening the surrounding muscular support (the core) and optimizing safe spinal motion to reduce stress on your discs.

Why does my pelvic/buttock joint ache?

Sacroiliac (SI) Joint dysfunction causes localized pain on one side of your lower spine. We focus on pelvic alignment manual therapy and hip muscle stabilization to secure the joint.

What is spondylolisthesis?

This is a small forward slip of a vertebra. We focus heavily on abdominal bracing, pelvic tilt control, and avoiding excessive back bending to protect the spinal alignment.
