Posterior Tibial Tendon dysfunction compromises your arch. We focus on inner ankle tendon reload, hip rotation controls, and arch support to eliminate inner ankle pain.
How do you rehab ankle fractures?
After cast/hardware removal, severe tightness is common. We utilize joint mobilizations, functional squats, and calf strength to safely restore normal walking patterns.
